Can I change the billing address for my order?
No, unfortunately we are unable to change the billing address of your order once it is placed. But, if your order was confirmed, you should have nothing to worry about! As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
Order details are available under your account section. We’ll also send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders as quickly as possibly (typically in one business day), but if you need to cancel or change anything, please contact us right away and we will do our best to help!
What domestic shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
1. Continental US: Standard (3-7 business days): $4.95 / Free on orders over $49
2. AK, HI, PR, APO/FBO: USPS Priority Mail (5-10 business days): $45
3. 2 day shipping (2 business days): $18
4. Overnight (1 business day): $35
a. For expedited same-day processing, orders must be placed by 12pm EST M-F.

What international shipping options do you offer and what do they cost?
Standard International Shipping (up to 21 business days) *Shipping and taxes determined at checkout based on location. We cannot ship to international PO boxes.
Please note we cannot guarantee shipping timeframes and are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from FedEx to the local carrier in your country, or air/ground transportation strikes or delays; nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has crossed the U.S. borders.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our fulfillment center.
I recieved broken items in my order.
We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition. If you receive anything that looks strange, please email love@hellobubble.com photos of your broken products—including a picture of the 4-digit lot code. The lot code is located on the back of the bottle beneath the “hellobubble.com.” Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll help to make it right ASAP.

Can you return / exchange skincare products?
Due to the nature of the products, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges once an order has shipped out. That said, if you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help!
Can I return a Bubble product that I purchased from a retail store through hellobubble.com?
If you would like to return a product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact them directly for assistance and information regarding their return policy. We do not accept returns through hellobubble.com.

Can I purchase Bubble on Amazon?
For Sales on the Amazon platform, the Bubble brand works hard to ensure that only authentic, high quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend. As such, for all sales on the Amazon platform, the Bubble brand offers a 45 day Satisfaction Guarantee which will NOT be honored without provision of valid proof of purchase directly from the Fortress Brand Amazon storefront.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Only one promo can be applied to each order. Offers cannot be combined or stacked.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Are your products safe for all ages?
While all of our products are safe for anyone over the age of 14, some of our formulas contain powerful active ingredients that should be avoided if you are under 14 (or in some cases under 13). The products that younger faces should avoid are Moon Walk (14+), Deep Dive (14+), Morning Rays (13+), Super Clear (13+), Day Dream (13+), Knock Out (13+), Fade Away (13+), Come Clean (13+). If you are too young for one of these products, but you still feel you need to use it, talk to a dermatologist before use.
Do your products have expiration dates?
Our products are safe to use for one year after opening.
How do I store my products?
It’s best to store your products in a cool, dry place. Read more about how to store your skincare products here.
How long does one bottle last?
It depends on usage, but generally, each bottle should last around 2-3 months. Please be sure to follow the use instructions on our website.
What do you use as preservatives?
Our products use Phenoxyethanol. It is a globally recognized safe preservative system when used under 1% and works on a wide range of products and formula systems. This one ingredient protects against mold, mildew and bacteria.
Do you carry any products with SPF?
Yes! Yes! A thousand times yes! In fact, we’ve got TWO amazing products with SPF: Solar Mate and Plus One. Both are SPF 40, but each gives you different results. Check them out to find out which will work best for you.

Never! We love our furry friends.
Are your products all-natural/organic?
No, they are not. Our products are powered by plants, but those benefits are amplified by synthetic, science-backed ingredients.
Are Bubble products vegan and gluten-free?
